By accessing and using fountain.plus ("the Site"), the Fountain+ extensions ("the Extensions"), and the Fountain Man Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site, Extensions, or Bot.

Description of Service

fountain.plus is the home page for Fountain+, a suite of screenplay formatting tools for Google Docs™. The suite includes three separate products:

These are separate products with separate distribution channels. Installing one does not install the others.

Fountain+ (also known as Fountain-Plus and Fountain Plus) is part of the Script 2 Storyboard suite of tools, developed by Absolutely Skint (Pistol Taeja). Absolutely Skint is the business behind all products and services. Pistol Taeja is the brand.

Use Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and access fountain.plus, and to use the Extensions, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's content without permission
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Site
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Extensions

Your Content

You retain all rights to scripts and other content you submit to the Bot. We claim no ownership and use it only to perform the parse, check, or export you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

Subscriptions

Fountain Man is free to use within the limits published on our pricing page. Fountain Plus Pistol Pro is an optional paid subscription purchased by an individual user through Discord's in-app Store. Discord processes all payments and handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under Discord's own terms. We do not process or hold payment details. A subscription applies to that user's account and is available wherever Fountain Man is installed, including servers and direct messages. Usage limits and pricing may change; we will post changes to the pricing page before they take effect.

Acceptable Use

When using the Bot you must not submit unlawful content, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use automated means to place load on the service beyond normal use.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any server that breaches these Terms, places excessive load on the service, or is used unlawfully. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server. We may discontinue any product with reasonable notice posted on the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on fountain.plus and within the Extensions (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is the property of Absolutely Skint or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site contains links to the Google Workspace Marketplace and may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

Fountain+ Studio is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Google's terms and privacy policies apply to the Chrome Web Store.

Disclaimer of Warranties

fountain.plus and the Fountain+ products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolutely Skint and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
