By accessing and using fountain.plus ("the Site") and the Fountain+ extensions ("the Extensions"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Extensions.

Description of Service

fountain.plus is the home page for Fountain+ — a suite of screenplay formatting tools for Google Docs. The suite includes two separate products:

• Fountain+ Exporter — a Google Workspace add-on that exports screenplays to PDF, Final Draft (.fdx), FadeIn, plain text, and Fountain formats. Available on the Google Workspace Marketplace.
• Fountain+ Studio — a Chrome Extension that provides a real-time screenplay companion Side Panel for Google Docs, including formatted preview, script outline, character and location analysis, statistics, and export. Available on the Chrome Web Store.

These are separate products with separate distribution channels. Installing one does not install the other.

Fountain+ (also known as Fountain-Plus and Fountain Plus) is part of the Script 2 Storyboard suite of tools, developed by Absolutely Skint.

Fountain+ is developed by Absolutely Skint (Pistol Taeja). Absolutely Skint is the business behind all products and services. Pistol Taeja is the brand.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and access fountain.plus, and to use the Fountain+ extensions and Chrome Extension, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's content without permission
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Site
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Extensions or Chrome Extension

Intellectual Property

All content on fountain.plus, within the Fountain+ extensions, and within the Fountain+ Studio Chrome Extension — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Absolutely Skint or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site contains links to the Google Workspace Marketplace and may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

Fountain+ Studio is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Google's terms and privacy policies apply to the Chrome Web Store.

Disclaimer of Warranties

fountain.plus and the Fountain+ products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolutely Skint and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Korea.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
